“I first met Dave when I started work for DSGi in October 2000. Dave was immense in helping me to settle into my new role as a branch manager- He was my Branch Induction Trainer. I was enrolled onto an intensive 6 week training course which included residential courses, however, most of my training was in branch and this is where Dave's strengths enabled me to learn and understand my new role as speedily as possible.

He continuously challenged me and made me think about my management and coaching style. Dave progressed through the company to Area Manager in another part of the country but he still kept in touch and helped me develop through his coaching techniques.

Dave then left the company to further his career but we worked for the same company again when I joined Post Office Ltd.

Dave and I still keep in touch through his executive coaching and he is constantly challenging me to develop my skills particularly my coaching skills through his own coaching. Thanks to his work I continue to take steps forwards on my journey.”
