Our thoughts are the most powerful source of strength, energy, inspiration that we have in our possession and control.

Our experiences are coded, ordered, stored and replayed through language and other forms of communication.  They are stored in your mind until similar situations or events occur.  We store them in a negative way or a positive way.  SO when we experience a similar event or situation our mind recalls the experience (again good or bad) and affects how your represent this and fuels the reaction in your body – again good or bad.

How we represent our belief is essential.  Our PEOPLE can sense and code a belief as quick as we can.  So it is essential that we form the habit of creating ‘Beliefs’ of ‘Excellence’

‘I can do that’

‘I’m good at . . .’

‘I achieve my goals’

‘Being different is good’

‘I can do that if you help me’

In 1954 Roger Bannister broke the record for running the mile.  People believed it was impossible for a man to run a mile in under four minutes.  After the event it was broken six weeks later and over the next nine years over 200 more times.  The belief that it was impossible had been changed.

To achieve excellence or success, take a belief you aspire to have and act as if it is totally true for 28 days consistently.  If it works for you than that positive belief is likely to stay with you and help you achieve more excellence.
